With his background in horticulture and landscape design, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the farm and landscaping projects. Jessica has been an integral part of Dragonfly Farm since its inception, contributing significantly to the business's growth and success. Her expertise in management, social media marketing, bookkeeping, and hands-on work in the field has been invaluable. While advancing her career in Social Work, Jessica maintained a strong commitment to the company's mission, vision, and core values. Her background has enabled the farm to gain awareness of various social issues at both micro and macro levels. With Jessica now on board full-time as of March 2024, her guidance will lead the farm towards offering affordable, high-quality produce, and services to the community.
